Asked them for oil change and diagnosis of rubbing and pinging. Came back to an $1800+ Estimate and oil change was not done. Did complete oil change but after taking car to dealer suggested coolant flush had been done (by them but records were not checked) front suspension arm ($500) was not the problem, it was rear shocks and struts. Both air filters needed to be changed (not suggested by Honest Auto). Will probably not return.
This place & the employees deserve more than 5 stars. They went above and beyond to help me fix my AC in my car. They were honest & helpful, the only place that didn't try to oversell me on services. i would recommend this place to anyone who needs ANYTHING done to their car. I can’t thank these guys enough for not only fixing my issues but doing so in such a timely manner!
Can’t give this place enough praise for fixing my car and providing stellar customer service! They kept me up to date the entire time & not once did i feel like they were taking advantage of me. If you need your car fixed in any way—-this is the place! These guys are the best!! 👏🏻👏🏻
Couldn’t ask for better service! Being a single female in a car shop is always intimidating, but Chris and Adam did an amazing job at explaining everything to me and making sure I felt comfortable and knew exactly what was going on. They also didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need and actually went out of their way to save me a few dollars, which is always a plus! Super glad I found this place.
