Highly recommend!! We were first introduced to Honest 1 from a referral from Costco! And, we've been going ever since. Love speaking with the owner, Bob, who is friendly, easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. We've grown to trust him over the past few years and now won't go anywhere else. I love how they will come outside and listen as we explain noises and "feels" of the vehicle. If possible, they take a quick look to see if anything obvious presents itself. We honestly couldn't be happier with the mechanics at Honest 1. It's SO important to have a mechanic you can trust. Highly recommend!

Absolutely awesome service. Needed a U joint fixed on my 2010 ram 3500 and on a tight schedule. Chris and the guys worked with me to make sure it gets taken care of before I needed to get to school at noon. Dan brought me back multiple times to show some issues/flaws that came up with the job and didn’t hide anything from me. Thanks again for the great service, and assistance. Highly recommend this shop if you need any work done. The crew is trustworthy and experienced.

I usually get frustrated having to go to the mechanic. I would literally run my cars through. This experience was completely different and actually gave me peace about getting my vehicle serviced. I met Lucas, Chris, Sam, and Koby(hope I spelled it right) and they were so friendly and made me feel welcome. Repeat customer and thanks for helping with my service anxiety!!!!!

Easy to book an appointment online on short notice. Prices better than my Mazda dealer. Friendly guys at the front desk. Pleased with my 2 visits this week- one for oil change and tire rotation, and the other was for the purchase and installation of a new battery.

I came to this Auto Care thinking the staff and management would be better than the dealership but they are worst than them. And just to let them know that speaking from what I heard and experience the truth! One of the staff or manager kept asking me about a timing belt that was already done at the dealership. And I kept telling him the same thing over and over. Then he told me high price? This turned me completely off. Then he checked my car to make sure it was running correctly!! I just told him the dealership said I need a valve adjustment? But then he some oil leaking around the valve cover. The dealership already told me this problem I just wanted a different opinion from someone that I thought was honest I sign did stated Honest-1 Auto Care so I thought we're going to be nice and honest and treat women with respect but that didn't happen. The guy told me they can clean that oil and check everything and clean it for almost 400 dollars!!! That too expensive to say they are not a dealership. I could not believe they tried to treat certain women that way. I was very crude. I see they treat their other customers right cause they are giving them good reviews. And get this this Auto Care does not take warranties period! They claim they don't get paid from the insurance companies and told me that the dealerships don't take them either. Most of these dealerships does take warranties cause I already asked Hinda

You also informed us that you have coverage through an extended warranty company we don't work with directly. However, we suggested that you might have the option to seek reimbursement from them for any necessary repairs. This is a great place to take your car for quality care. Have been coming here for years and Chris and Lucas are the best! Had some problems with a warranty from another service shop. They were so helpful getting me photos and the info I needed. They're up front and show you what's wrong. Glad to have found this shop!

I went for an inspection & was failed due to ball joints (steering) and what they said was a major oil leak, quoted me $6,000 (with my Costco discount). Took my car to my auto mechanic - ball joints are fine, there was 2 minor oil leaks. I had to pay for another inspection ($40) and my total bill was $530.00 I will never go back and suggest you don't either! My mechanic was disgusted, as was I. I gave them a 2 star for discovering an oil leak but what a waste of time and possibly huge money.

Our concern lies with our assessment that the ball joints were loose, resulting in the inspection failure, while your mechanic deemed them to be in good condition. It's worth noting that your vehicle, at 11 years old with 164,000 miles, may naturally exhibit wear on such parts. Despite this, we stand by our observation that these parts are worn enough to jeopardize the safety aspect of the NC inspection. We understand your disappointment, especially when receiving unexpected news. Seldom do customers praise us for failing their vehicle. We want to extend an offer for you to return to our shop to inspect the ball joints. This would involve raising the vehicle for you (and your mechanic if you wish) to inspect alongside us. Should there be any discrepancy between our initial assessment and what is observed, we are prepared to donate $500 to the charity of your choice (provided your car has not been repaired) and take appropriate disciplinary action against the responsible employee. Honesty and integrity are paramount to us in all customer interactions. We genuinely want to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction.
