Trying to find the right shop for your vehicle can be difficult. At Honest-1, the customer service really does live up to its name. All the staff members explain, in detail, what service you truly need for your vehicle and WHY. Adam, in particular, has an incredibly positive attitude that leaves you driving away with peace of mind knowing your money was well spent on quality service. Overall, I have only great things to say about Honest-1 and the people that work there and would highly recommend them if you are looking for a new shop for your vehicle(s).

This was my first time going to Honest-1 which came highly recommended. I will always use them for all my automotive repair needs in the future. Bob and Adam were wonderful. Adam went above and beyond to explain what was wrong with my car and breakdown the repairs and cost. Apparently I have been bringing my car to a shop that was very Inexpensive but you know that saying “you get what you pay for” and From now on I will be paying for quality parts and actual repairs. I highly recommend them!

I have never experienced a business that cares about their customers and the service they provide as Honest 1. This establishment is the most honest and personable group of people I have ever met. I have dealt with other establishments in Iredel county, and they were horrible, not listening to me, and overcharging for the shoddy work they did. It is a great relief to know you can depend on the honesty and the work that is done by Bob, John, Dave, Adam and the crew.

Very friendly staff and professional service. A super nice and clean waiting room with snacks, coffee and hot tea. They kept me updated on the progress of my service, which went well and was reasonably priced. This was my first experience with them and I will definitely go there for future service needs. Based on my experience, my husband plans to take his car there, too. A terrific experience all around!
