After many years of searching for a reliable, and honest mechanic, my car has found a home. I have never experienced a business that cares about their customers and the service they provide as Honest 1. This establishment is the most honest and personable group of people I have ever met. I have dealt with other establishments in Iredel county, and they were horrible, not listening to me, and overcharging for the shoddy work they did. It is a great relief to know you can depend on the honesty and the work that is done by Bob, John, Dave, Adam and the crew.

Very friendly staff and professional service. A super nice and clean waiting room with snacks, coffee and hot tea. They kept me updated on the progress of my service, which went well and was reasonably priced. This was my first experience with them and I will definitely go there for future service needs. Based on my experience, my husband plans to take his car there, too. A terrific experience all around!

The first time I called and made an appointment I waited over an hour and then left because they hadn't started my oil change yet. I was a bit frustrated but they apologized profusely, so I rescheduled and tried again. Today, I had my re scheduled appointment. I let them know what happened last time and they did everything to get my business for life am nd make up for the last time. My oil change was done in less than an hour. They explained an issue that I should keep an eye on and made me feel like they were truly invested in the maintenance of my vehicle and ensured that I understood what they were saying. They were kind, professional and extremely thorough. They even left a little cookie snack in my car for me when I picked it up!! Hands down the BEST experience I have had at an auto shop in my life. Honest 1 has got my business for life. I highly recommend them!!!!

Poor service. They couldn't fix the problem in my car and looks like they damaged the front axis when lifting the car.
