Great service, quick and clear communication, and super honest and transparent about repairs needed. They checked in with me at every step of the way to make sure I gave green light for what they recommended, and they were upfront about timelines and expectations. And they *always* picked up the phone and were able to answer my questions. Recommended!

We needed work on our vehicles and hadn’t had attention on them since moving from New York. You can imagine being from New York all the shadiness that you get up there. Our cars were really getting behind in maintenance and beginning to show signs of wear. I have never been to to a car repair shop that was on point in every area from customer service to repair and the offerings of accommodation to help me stay working. Like the name says, they were very honest and didn’t beat around the bush. I worked with Adam and he and I instantly became friends. From the loaner vehicle to the easy payment option and fair pricing I recommend this place to all.

I was referred here by a friend. Took a few hours longer than anticipated, but to my knowledge the service done is excellent. I will be returning in the future to have more services performed on my Hyundai Sonata, which isn’t built to easily access many different parts of the vehicle, so job well done!! ;) Side note: I honestly dislike the service fee, as customers on a budget can’t afford to waste $45, so even if you desperately need the service work done, you feel obligated to immediately pay for the service on that same day, to avoid throwing away money. In my 38yrs of living, I have never experienced or heard of a shop adding in an extra charge for their “shop supplies” as this is usually apart of “labor costs” that cost way more than actual parts. Very strange! I would have also appreciated them showing me my old brake pads & rotors, as I see they’ve done for other customers, that way I’d feel more assured that I picked an honest place to take car of my car that day and in the future!! But I know my coworker wouldn’t bring me somewhere to be screwed again, that helped ease my mind!! :)

DO NOT GO HERE BY ANY MEANS! I went here because I had a check engine light that came up as a bad Vapor canister and sensor. After 3 hours of waiting they tell me the total is going to be $1,700 (right after charging me $150 for a diagnostic test). I leave knowing this is a rip-off and go to my savor, Brawley Tire Automotive in Mooresville. They did everything for $600 flat and a free alignment check. F%#$ Honest-1. Don't let them try to screw you over like they tried to me, dudes are a JOKE. If anyone wants actual proof, I have both the bills :)

I just moved down from Leland NC and was looking for a reliable service center. I saw Honest1 and decided to give them a try. The place is clean, COVID respected and owners very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anybody in the area to use and feel comfortable.
