Car wanted a B-service and I had some notes from a previous service at a brand dealer that’s nearly an hour away from where we live in Mooresville. After researching online a bit for most convenient location and comprehensive car service shops I decided on Honest-1 Auto Care: not a chain, clean appearance and presentation online and also the shop which I’ve noticed driving by numerous times. Great reviews. I like their name, also was impressed by their policies on quality, being green, conveniences including loaner car and shuttle service. That good impression carried through when talking to the owner, Bob, as well as our service advisor, David, who took care of our car’s service. John and Adam who answered some of my calls were also super helpful. They consulted me on all my little niggles and concerns patiently and with great expertise, advised on tire replacement I hadn’t expected. They concisely and clearly explained why, presented multiple choices upon request with helpful input to make my decision. Thought I had a brakes issue but they reassured and showed me they were perfect. I’m not an easy guy to please, been a service advisor myself. They were great. And the previously noted concerns they checked, listed them on my bill and explained why they were not required. Very thorough also in reviewing all completed repairs with me before accepting payment. Alignment numbers before/after shown and explained. Great place, will go there going forward. Highly recommend.
