Made an appointment, got there early. Took four hours to get on lift. Confused quote, first $597, put on hold, came back with $797 and too late in the day to do. Got the work done for $250. Leaving 2 stars because the place was clean.

I know that it was an unusually busy day coming off the COVID slowdown and our staff levels are not where they were. I also recall that your vehicle had heavy rust with metal on metal on the rear brakes. But, as you can see in other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers.
