Excellent, friendly service!

They told me I needed to change my full synthetic oil every 5000 miles but then when I went to the dealership, Lexus stated that the manufacturer recommends changing the full synthetic oil every 10,000 miles. When I called Honest one and recommended that they inform their customers whenever they go against the recommendation of the manufacturer, they did not agree to do this. Ironic to be named Honest one but be so dishonest.

From the second you walk in the door until the second you walk out, you just feel the honest welcome and care of the people who own and operate the Auto Care center. Family is how you are made to feel. These folks are honest, caring, and professional. I will never take our auto care anywhere else from now own. Just like sweet-tea and strawberry jam on a biscuit, they take care of every need from your auto care to "if you're hungry and/or need a something to drink" offering free coffee or soda and snacks. I have never had good luck with auto service place until now. Honest 1 is absolutely the best place I have ever taken my car. The were not only honest with my estimates but they were friendly and really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and safe. I love Paula and John they made me feel like I could trust them and like I had been a customer for years . Thank you Honest-1 you have a customer for life!!!!!
