Great service from a local father/son business. Extremely knowledgeable. The waiting area is as clean as a dealership! Coffee, TV and very pleasant folks coming and going all the time. Thank you for such a positive experience!

We will never go back. We always knew their prices were a little high, but we felt okay about that. Then we took our 6 yr old Buick Enclave in to have a number of different medium size repairs that added up to about $2,000 in work. We get the vehicle home and there is a new oil leak that wasn't there before. After taking it back, the tech explains that it had nothing to do with their service and that they can fix it for us for $3,500! They even had the nerve to offer like $50 off. Never again. Steer clear.

I used the convenient after hours key drop and left my car on a Sunday. As usual I had it back Monday evening and since the problem may have been related to a previous repair, I was not charged pending further testing. I received a clear explanation of the situation and would recommend Honest 1 based on this and previous business I have done with them.

Very, very pleased with their service. First and foremost their name says it all. To that, add "expert." Jon happily and knowledgeably answered all of my many questions about my BMW. Although I only needed an alignment, I am confident in them to do all of my servicing from now on. No more high priced dealer servicing. In addition, they have a comfortable and welcoming waiting area, too.

Better have a BIG WALLET when you go here! Took my 2002 silverado in for repair 4 transmission problems. Should have known when they charged me 600.00 for a USED driveshaft last year. Was told I not only needed to repair the transmission but also thetransfer case. Everything totalled up to 5,995.00. WOW! Went to transmissions unlimited downtown and was told the transfer case was fine. They repaired and replaced everything along with an oil change for 1956 out the door! 1/3 the price these guys charge and was completed in 1 day
