Honest-1 Auto Care ✳️✳️✳️✳️✳️ Truly a great experience from start to finish. A complete inspection was made of my vehicle and I was given the opportunity to review the results. With expert assistance, I selected the most important things to focus on for this visit. I was told the cost of services up front and the final bill was exactly as quoted. An estimated time was communicated and I was offered a ride if I needed or the freedom to enjoy the waiting area. I chose to wait and spent the time with a couple cups of tea, my book, an awesome flat screen TV as well as some great conversation with other clients. During my wait, I had the opportunity to witness the workings of the operations and all interactions, whether in person or on the phone, were handled professionally and knowledgeably. The comfort and cleanliness of the seating areas and the restroom was a very welcome and appreciated surprise. An appointment was set for my next visit and I went off to my conveniently parked car right outside the front door. On the dash was a thank you card with a treat attached!!!!
