I had my car towed to Honest-1 Auto Care. Based on the sound my car was making, I thought my alternator was dead—which would have cost over $450. Their diagnostics revealed that I had a dead battery instead of an alternator—this cost $185. So, I was glad to hear this diagnosis. The customer service representative was helpful and pleasant. He had to order my battery from another location. And, they still were able to finish my work in less than two hours. My daughter had an equally good experience with Honest-1 at the Greensboro location, which is why I gave them a chance. The only reason I gave a 4-star is that the customer service representative was all to eager to deny my $25 coupon due to the fine-print exclusion of battery service.
