showed me a wheel alignment print off and told me that i desperately needed a $169 alignment - followed up with dealership as they were aligned 6 wks prior - turns out someone was either wrong or not so honest...

John and Chris were friendly and shuttled me home while they worked on my car. I came to this place after a friend referred me and I was very happy with their service.

They would not honor the price on coupons (mailers) that did not have an expiration date on them. Service was fine, but a lot more than advertised price.

I am highly impressed with the professionalism and service I received from the Honest-1 Auto Care team located in Mooresville. I would like to specifically call out Adam Warr. I came in for a standard oil change and was aware of an alignment issue with my vehicle. Without mentioning the alignment issue to Adam, he and his team accurately diagnosed my vehicle's issue and quoted me fairly on the repair. As a consumer, I appreciate the fact that Adam did not try to sell me additional things that my vehicle did not need. Thank you Honest-1 Mooresville for your service! You have gained another reoccurring customer.

They did a great job! I carried a vehicle in that I wanted to buy and decided not to buy it after the mechanic looked it over.
