I came to this Auto Care thinking the staff and management would be better than the dealership but they are worst than them. And just to let them know that speaking from what I heard and experience the truth! One of the staff or manager kept asking me about a timing belt that was already done at the dealership. And I kept telling him the same thing over and over. Then he told me high price? This turned me completely off. Then he checked my car to make sure it was running correctly!! I just told him the dealership said I need a valve adjustment? But then he some oil leaking around the valve cover. The dealership already told me this problem I just wanted a different opinion from someone that I thought was honest I sign did stated Honest-1 Auto Care so I thought we're going to be nice and honest and treat women with respect but that didn't happen. The guy told me they can clean that oil and check everything and clean it for almost 400 dollars!!! That too expensive to say they are not a dealership. I could not believe they tried to treat certain women that way. I was very crude. I see they treat their other customers right cause they are giving them good reviews. And get this this Auto Care does not take warranties period! They claim they don't get paid from the insurance companies and told me that the dealerships don't take them either. You also informed us that you have coverage through an extended warranty company we don't work with directly.
