Very professional and helpful. The only thing I could possibly say is their prices on a total brake replacement was very pricey. At $1,200, the brake job was going to cost half the price of the 2007 Eddie Bauer Explorer. My son was able to price out and purchase rotors, brakes, pads and brake fluid to bleed the line for $460.00 for the entire vehicle. If they had been more in line with what brake job normally costs, I would have considered the costs and repairs. Other than that, they did a great job
