Lucas and team were so wonderful to work with, this was my first time bringing in my jeep and I was hesitant to use a new shop. But they were amazing to me- they were honest, open with me, on time and did a super job on my car. I highly recommend Honest 1 in Mooresville for any car needs.

Many many thanks! For the great service I received at Honest one Auto care in Mooresville. My Honda Civic had some pretty worn-out engine mounts which I discovered on my road trip, heading home to California. They scheduled my repair- to replace all the mounts- the same day I called and had me back on the road. Again, many thanks to the friendly crew at Honest- 1.

My wife and I broke down on a road trip from Indiana due to a botched oil change before we left. Once we got towed here by Mechanics on Main (another great local business) Lucas took our vehicle in at 4:30 pm on the Friday before Labor Day weekend, and the next morning had the problem diagnosed and ready to repair. Customer service from him and the rest of the team was exceptional, and when they had a golden opportunity to come up with any number of expensive repairs, they were just like their name: honest. Great service, easy to talk to, and they get the job done. I highly recommend!

The best thing I can say is that they did everything they said they would do for the price they said they would do it for. We had a situation involving gasoline in a diesel vehicle that would have been very easy to take advantage of. This place truly was Honest.

Good prices

First of all, I LOVE the name, which is the reason I looked up their reviews and gave them a try. The service and repairs I received from this shop was top notch. They did not try to OVER SELL their services. They diagnosed by truck for free and told me what I needed in order of importance. My truck was making a loud clunking sound and other sounds and they recommended I repair the suspension right away. The other sounds can wait for future repairs. It has been about a month later now and my suspension is sound! Thank you Honest 1 for living up to the name. I will definitely return for future maintenance. ~ Tonya
