The staff is polite and courteous and the waiting area is very clean with refreshments, however my experience wasn't that great. I took my vehicle in for an inspection with no issues expected as I have a newer vehicle. After waiting for an hour they informed me that my vehicle failed my inspection saying I need 2 new rear tires due to treads being too low. I will say that my treads are not worn evenly due to whomever had the vehicle before me did not rotate them properly, however they are safe and nowhere near ready to be replaced. I feel like they were attempting to take advantage of this uneven wear in order to sell me a couple tires to get it to pass inspection. I expressed my disagreement at the time but to no avail and ended up having to pay $23 and change for the failed inspection. I then took my vehicle to another place of business and passed inspection with no issues. I even told them to check my back tires. I had a conversation with the owner later in the week and he was pleasant, offering a refund if I wanted to come back and have them check the tires again, however I didn't want to waste any more of my time. Everyone has their own opinion of course, I sure there will be a response to this review by the owner talking about "safety" and some measurement of tire tread. However I've been driving in all this rain we've been having with no issues, driving up in the snow in the mountains with no issues, and another place of business agreed that the tires met the state requirements. I feel my vehicle was purposely failed in order to sell me tires and I don't appreciate it. I will not be giving this establishment any more of my hard earned money.
