I was going to be a new customer, I think this is a new location. The sign says they are open until 6 PM, they have at least 10 places for cars to be serviced and no one was available for a state inspection at 5:25 PM on a Wednesday. Seriously? The lady said they were all gone for the day. Well I’m gone as a possible new customer as well
Hello Lynn. I appreciate your honest feedback here, and I’m sorry we let you down. We require about 30 minutes for NC state inspections, and one of our licensed inspection technicians who normally would have been on duty at the time you cited unfortunately left the shop about 10 minutes before you arrived. Three of our four technicians are state licensed and certified, but we are now taking steps to have our fourth technician take the appropriate training so that this doesn’t happen again. The last thing we want to do is let our customers down, and moving forward, we will be able to handle situations such as yours. Again, we’re sorry we dropped the ball this time, but we hope you’ll consider giving us another chance.
