I dropped our 2016 Mustang GT off at 8:45 for a State inspection, appointment was scheduled for 10am. I get a call back shortly after that stating they had to fail my inspection, I ask why and they said because it needs all new tires and one was flat, I said WHAT!, I just checked the air before I dropped it off, there is no way. After being quite mad I said I’ll be right there to check it out. Sure enough, I had picked up a bolt in the tire, the fronts were worn through the band and the rears were beyond the wear bars. The mechanic educated me a bit on the tire wear and I immediately calmed down. These guys are soo honest it ticked me off at first, hands down I salute this shop for their professionalism and honesty. Soo recommend this shop and I’m a customer for life!

Honest-1 Auto Care is a great choice for vehicle repair and maintenance. These folks are knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous. Even if you have self-diagnosed your problem, pay attention to their staff. You may have options you didn’t consider and there may be factors not apparent to the untrained eye. These guys are experts! I have been two times with two different cars. On both occasions the work was diagnosed and repaired correctly the first time, on the promised schedule, and at a very fair price. They treated me like they really appreciated my business, and, like they want me to tell everyone about the experience. What more could you ask?

I’m a first-time customer to this establishment. Car needed an oil change and tire rotation. Person at the front desk is nice and helpful. The waiting area has a playroom for kids, a tv, comfy chairs and WiFi. Had a great experience. Will definitely come back.

This place is rather new but yu cant go wrong with them they give yu detailed work list & they tell yu what needs your attention & what can wait. If your car has to stay, they will give yu a loaner, staff is very personable! place is clean
