I went in for a new water pump on a 2005 dodge grand caravan but before going there i priced this at several auto places and the average cost was $375.00..The pump itself is only $49.00 dollars.Thier quote was $725.00 out the door,of course this included things that were ideal but not needed to fix my car.i bought the pump myself and found someplace reputable to put it in for $300.00..They maybe honest..but very over priced.. i almost got burned for almost $400.0 dollars.. just like that customer they overcharged for an oil change.

Great group of people at this center. Never an upcharge when it can be resolved at a cheaper solution. I will be bringing all my vehicles here going foward. Refreshing change from the other salesman type service centers.

George at this Honest-1 explained everything being suggested for maintenance on my car to great detail. He took my out to my vehicle and showed me what needed to be replaced. Not being a car guy I really appreciated this. George had great customer service.

Great people, clean shop. Did a great job and quickly as well. Could have charged me waaaaay more but didn’t. Really are honest.
