I loved the kids area as well as how it doesn't feel like the waiting room of an auto shop. They offer complimentary coffee, water, soda. There are crackers if you need a snack. There is a place to change my son's diaper in the bathroom which is very clean and the smell reflects that. We had to get a couple things done on our van and as a result would be without a vehicle until the work was done. Or so I thought. They had a loaner car that we got to use for free (just replace the gas you used). We didn't have it long, though as our van was ready the next morning. I also forgot to mention that after they checked out our van, they had me come back to show me what they found and answered all of my questions. They were very nice and knowledgeable. The only reason I chose 4 stars instead of 5 is because the one thing I can't honestly comment on is their pricing. I'm not sure if they're good prices or if they're a little higher than other places. But I do know you get a 36 month/36,000 warranty on the work they've done to your vehicle FOR FREE. Love this place!
