Their customer service is top notch. They are willing to work with you to find the best and robust solution while you are there. They are very transparent and honest. Their prices are very reasonable and beat the local competitors. They offer any discounts and coupons which they have available before repairs and services are made. They also offer any discounts and coupons for any future repairs and services. They do not up sale. Their technicians are very timely and provide quality repairs. Their technicians treat you and your vehicle with the upmost respect. The owners take great care to get to know their customers and make sure that you are safe and satisfied. Their complementary snacks and drinks are great. Their shop, customer service counter, and customer lounge is very clean, modern, and well organized. I felt relaxed and safe while I was there. I will refer them to others and I will make this my top repair shop. I will bring my car back to their tender care.

John and Bob are the best! I had a difficult problem with my Mercedes that they fixed. They kept me informed and were amazing in service and quality. Since we recently moving to Mooresville we didn’t know where to get help in fixing our vehicles. We highly recommend using H1. They are amazing and we will be customers forever.

I give Honest-1 5 stars and two thumbs up! Why? Because the owners, John and Bob are father & son, but they are great men with wonderful personalities. I was interested in visiting their establishment when I received their flier in the mail and I was instantly interested when I seen "Honest" in the name of their business. The both of them live up to the name and I trust them with my vehicle and I definitely trust their A+ service. When I visited the 1st time, it was on a Saturday and I needed a new tire on the driver side front and since they did not have the tire in stock; I had to leave my vehicle at the shop until Monday when the tire would arrive. I was provided a "loan vehicle" that ran extremely well which, allowed me to get from place to place while my car was in the garage awaiting a "brand-new shoe" I say LOL. I recommend EVERYONE AND ANYONE to visit these gentlemen at Honest-1 for all of your car/repair services :)

I used Honest-1 three times over the past year. I would say that their name is the exact opposite of their actual service. I was in just for oil changes and tire rotations the first two times, everything was fine. I added in a brake fluid flush the third visit. When they came back with their recommendations they proceeded to tell me that I needed a new power steering system, new ball joints and I had several oil leaks, an $1100 cost without addressing the oil leaks. It turns out that I needed a new seal on the cap of my power steering <$5, do not need ball joints at all and the oil "leaks" were where they spilled the oil changing it. I will not be back! And I recommend that women in particular avoid this location. Apparently they think that our genetics indicate that we have stupid written across our foreheads.
